This is a high level of trust, I would recommend that you made a way of security, for your clients. I suggest your either make an application form, which they have to fill. Then you some what takes pictures of the agreement (both you and them) which will eventually benefit both of you. Another option could also be ensure they have bank that you don't know, so that they will have to make the setup and you do the work.

Otherwise I see too many complications in this service, which for both parts would be nice to avoid
